At Second Congregational Church, we are committed to preaching and teaching the Bible as God’s inspired and authoritative revelation of himself to us, and to loving others as God in Christ has loved us.
Our life together as a local church family is formed by the Bible’s joyous central message: that although we have all sinned against God and deserve his condemnation, he has been merciful to us by reconciling us to himself through the life and death of Jesus Christ. Christ’s resurrection and ascension confirmed his triumph over sin and death, and assure us that there is now no condemnation for all who trust in him.
