At Second Congregational, we believe missions is an essential part of our ministry. A minimum of 10% of our giving goes directly to missions, and our members routinely participate in short-term missions projects. The Lord has blessed us with the opportunity to partner with several organizations in gospel ministries locally and around the world, including those listed below.

Batey Evangelism. Evangelism, church development, and medical ministry to Haitian immigrants living in extremely impoverished conditions in the Dominican Republic.

Children’s Haven & Camp Chilaven. Evangelism and discipling ministry to children and teens in the Worcester and Blackstone Valley regions of Massachusetts.

Clearway Clinic. State-licensed medical clinic with a team of board-certified doctors and nurses that provides free healthcare to women in Central and Western Massachusetts.

Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ), University of North Carolina at Pembroke campus. International evangelism and discipling ministry to college and university students.

Gideons International. International evangelism and Bible-distribution ministry.

HELP Mission. Ministry to pastors, schools, and orphanages in Haiti, providing food, medical assistance, and other physical and spiritual support.

Hope Academy of the Bronx. Christian school ministry in Bronx, NY that provides children who have struggled in other academic settings a quality, Christ-centered education through godly mentors and personalized instruction.

Walking in Light Ministries. A Christ-centered mission serving children and families of Worcester and the Blackstone Valley through physical provisions, evangelism, discipleship, and transition into a local church.
